Cost of an OBD-I scanner?

I have a 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 and it uses OBD-I (pre 1996). I was wondering how much a scanner or code reader would cost me? I don't need anything really high priced (I know they can be $5000+). Where could I buy one of them? Thanks!
