Does anybody else not see the difference between Suburban Blacks and Inner City Blacks?

The main difference is that suburban blacks won't actually shoot you or take an altercation to physical levels like inner-city blacks will often do. Same goes for suburban whites and those Irish-types that live outside of Boston, for example.
