Which lifestyle is better suburban or rural?

To each their own. I prefer something in the middle, like the suburbs. Big cities are dirty, noisy, expensive and dangerous. Living far out in the country is a pain, too. No city water, no sewers, no garbage pick-up, no cable, they rarely ever plow, and in an emergency you're in trouble, because you don't have neighbors.
