Air Horns!!!!!!!! Insulation or what?
Hey there, i just bought an old air horn from my buddy, he got it off of an old peter built but said he never tried to sound it. So i took off the cover to find two metal plates over each of the horns (it's two horns in one encasement) and under the metal plates a whole bunch of sand/dirt, that almost had a blue color to it. I havn't taken it out because i'm not sure if that is a part of the function. I dont know the mechanics of an air horn. So any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Does it sound like there could be a serious mold problem in my house?
I've been suspicious that there's toxic mold in my house for years. Actually, I KNOW for a fact there's there's at least some kind of mold in my house. I live on the Texas Gulf Coast where it's very humid all the time. The house I live in with my parents is about 60 years old, and falling apart quite frankly. There's visible mold growing in our shower (I can remember it always being there since I was little, I'm 17 now) and you can see mold growing out of our air vents on the ceiling. There's water in our attic i know for sure, because in my bedroom a whole has formed where water drips out, and the whole is just surrounded by black stuff. Our house has a musty smell, and everybody is always sick. Everyone has frequent sinus infections, my mom and dad always have ear infections, and everyone in the house constantly complains of having a headache. My brother has asthma (me and him have been living in this house our whole lives) and my mom has been suffering with an anxiety problem for 2 years now (it came out of no where). I have also now developed a terrible anxiety problem. Which started like 7 months ago. I've also always been really healthy. Just recently for the past year I keep getting infections too. I have an infection in both ears right now, I always have chest pains, always have abdominal pain, and now I have something wrong with my colon I haven't found out yet (which is odd for me, who is 17) For about 2 years now I've been pushing the fact on them that we all are probably being poisoned, and that we need to get out of this house. I believe that our attic is filled with mold and spores are constantly being blown out into our air through the air ducts. My family either is in denial, or they just think I'm a dumbass. But there's visible mold in multiple places in my house. The worst part is, is there's nothing I can do about it. I'm worried about my health, and I feel if I got out of here I would feel much better. What can I do? Does it sound like there's toxic mold in my house? How can I convince my parents to do something?

Idk if i'm depressed or not?
okay well recently ive felt like i might be depressed. i'm home schooled and all i do is chores and babysit for my mom because she just now started college, so did my dad so he's either at work or school. i only get out of the house like once a month and then everytime i ask to do anything else my mom's tells me that i JUST went out and that i should stay home for the weekend. i can't sneek out to see my friends either cause they're all an hour away the only way i talk to them is through facebook and i dont even have a phone. i have an irregular sleeping pattern because i'm busy all day and then the only time i get to do hw is at night. now i mean i'm a pretty happy level minded person, that's just part of my personality but ive been feeling so miserable and so i'm pretty sure i'm depressed, even though my mom likes to tell me otherwise, she says i'm being selfish, i really dont think i am. i don't mind helping out around the house, but to just constantly doing it makes me miserable.

Well, I'm still a freshmen in high school but I just want to narrow down my choices a bit. I want to be a psychologist, and I also want to get a degree in classics because I want to learn about the Greeks and Romans and also learn Ancient Greek while I'm at it. The classics part of that probably won't have any impact in my career, but it's just something I want to learn. As for the campus, I'd love for it to be somewhere in Long Island, NY near montauk. Seattle is fine too. I'd rather it be a suburban school with nice scenery and pretty architecture and statues and fountains and what not. I'm not interested in sororities or party life or anything in particular, just everything that I mentioned above. Does such a university exist?

How do I tell my parents that I hate my school and friends?
I'm currently at 7th grade in a public school in New York. I live in an expensive, suburban area so the schools are pretty good. A few months ago I discussed with my mom about switching into private schools. Of course, the first thing she wanted to know was why. I was too nervous to tell my mom it was because I was having social issues, so I told her it was because I wanted a better education. I brought up statistics and everything and my mom agreed to look at schools. My father on the other hand, immediately said no. He said my school is fine and I don't need private schooling. Now as the months go on, school is getting harder and harder. I'm starting to get depressed and I can see the changes in how I act. I also can tell my parents are noticing a change. I feel like I have no real friends. There is no one I trust or can turn to. I'm considered one of the "popular" girls in my grade, but in reality I hate all of my friends. They all make snide remarks and are only nice to you when there's something in it for them. Girls I thought were my best friend make me feel horrible about myself. They always joke around and call me "slut" or "whore" because i'm the only one that's made out with boys. One of my closest friends moved in on my boyfriend, and when we broke up started dating him. My other best friend helped her date him. I honestly lay down listening to music all day and wish I were at a different place. I don't know how to tell my parents that the real reason I want to leave is because I absolutely hate everyone. I know they're going to think it's just because my boyfriend recently broke up with me or say I'm acting silly because I'm popular. I just don't know who I could possibly befriend now. My social life is destroying me and at random points during the day I just feel like crying. I can't take it. I know private schools are around 35,000-40,000 a year but I know my family can afford it. My dad claims its "too expensive" but yet he owns a $300,000 ferrari. Ever since I can remember I've been afraid of the dark. My mother was a stay at home mom so I was never home alone, and she has always been very precautions. She always made sure to lock up the house a million different ways and no doors were ever unlocked. She always told me to keep the windows covered at night because people want what they see, and she would always tell me about how I should be extra careful. So when I got to be 11, 12, 13, my mom started leaving me home alone a little bit. And at first it was cool, freedom ect., but after a bit, idk exactly when it started happening or why I began to get really anxious. I have always slept with the door open and with the light in the hallway on, and when I was about 12 when I got my first tv in my room, I started watching tv and falling asleep with it on, then eventually I had to sleep with the hall light on, my room light on, and the tv and fan on to get to sleep, plus I had to sleep farthest away from the door, not face the door, and have my feet and my neck at least covered with a blanket. At one point it became to stressful and I began to sleep with my mother in her room. After a year I got up enough courage to face my fears and pretend that nothing was wrong. I still had to sleep with the hall light and the tv on, and i needed my feet at neck covered, sleeping farthest from the door. But eventually I concurred my fears enough so I wouldn't be terrified. The past year it has heightened again, but now it's a bit different. I work graveyard at a Denny's so when I come home and leave home it's really dark. I live at an end of a street and my backyard is against an open field. I live in suburban california. So I get really paranoid that someone is going to jump out and get me at night, I have pepper spray, but sometimes I have to force myself to get out of the car and open my garage. I'm afraid of exiting rooms at night when I have to turn off the lights and when I'm home alone I have to turn on all the lights in the house and all the tv's. Lately when I wake up and my mom's not home cause she's working, it'll be like 10am, I'll get so paranoid that someone's in the house I have to get in my car and leave. My fears seemed to be more heightened in my own house then in other's. I'm 18 now, my boyfriend sometimes spends the night and I can fall asleep easily-er, but my tv has to be on and the door can be closed. No matter what all the doors in the hallway have to be closed and my closet door has to be closed all the way too. If I wake up in the middle of the night(my tv has a timer so it turns off when I set it to) and it's dark I won't be able to get back to sleep - my remote can't turn on the tv, so I have to get up and do it myself - so I cover my entire body with my blanket and I become stone still, I have to force myself after about an hour to get up and turn on the tv. I'm tired of being so scared of the dark and being alone, I'm tired of being scared that in the corner of my eye their is someone watching me, and I'm tired of always having to watch my back when I'm in my own home. I KNOW that their is no one their and I am safe, but I just can't get over this fear. I'm not sure what to do.

I have been in the situation that I have felt like committing suicide but was to what ever you want to call it to carry it out and my younger brother did do it feeling he had ruined his lfe. you sure it,s not the batter? now i,am not calling you a liar but make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. take the cables off and clean the ends up on the inside and outside and the posts on the battery too. yes it could be the starter. sometimes they will get a dead spot and it won,t crank the engine. try tapping on the starter.

Civic Gauge Cluster not working properly?
I have a 2000 civic ex with an SI gauge cluster. It was working for a couple of years, then someone stole all my parts of my car while it was in my driveway, so the car has just been sitting in the garage for a year until I could afford to put it back together. Anyways...The only things that work on my cluster are the SRS light, Battery light, and right turn signal. Everything else is inop, including temp, speed, tach, left turn, gauge running lights, gas, etc... I checked the plugs several time to make sure they are seated properly, checked some of the fuses, checked my turn signal bulbs, reverse, brake and headlights. I swapped right turn signal bulb with the left, and right still works. Any ideas? I dont know if the thieves cut some wire or what. I know they cut the harness for the trunk, but I replaced that and all the lights work.

Horsepower of a car....a bigger engine has less horsepower?
Horsepower at rpm (xxx@xxxxrpm) means the maximum generated power of the engine at that rpm(revolutions per minute) Horsepower is really a silly way of measuring power imo. If either engines from chevy or pontiac was to produce power and be equally efficient at the same rpm as the honda than I'm sure their numbers would be a tad bit closer. I think the other two designed their engines for low end grunt and in turn sacrificed a longer powerband to produce power at higher rpms. There's trade offs for everything so I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that 1 is better then the other. Don't base you assumptions on peak numbers. Of course maximum generated power revolves around too many variables. Look up volumetric efficiency and study up on your chemistry.

Obviously I know that drinking sitting near the driver is illegal but, I have heard that it IS LEGAL for someone that's sitting in the third row (for example, in a chevy suburban since it has 3 rows of seats) to drink simply because they are separated by the second row of seats and can't reach the driver. Weird skeleton dream.. seeking interpretation?

Hi, I did some research on it along with other cars, and a 2012 Chevy Camaro is at the top of my list for when I return from my 6-month long military bootcamp/school. Neighbor parks behind my driveway on PURPOSE !!?
Ok. There are several questions similar to mine but here's my problem... I live in a suburban neighborhood in Montgomery County, Tx. The neighbor accross the street has an RV in his driveway so he is currently parking 4 vehicles on his side of the street BUT, at least one of those vehicles is directly behind our driveway making it very difficult to get out without hitting that truck as we back up. In this situation, do you think I could have it towed or would the sheriffs dept. even be willing to look at the situation as it is not on my own side of the street. We asked him to move it, he will not. We took a video of the problem and he freaked out saying we were violation his privacy, and then sent many complaints to HOA who say they cannot do much about them parking on the street. SO OVER this neighbor !! YES, I would love to ram him out of the way but don't want the drama or expense !

I am a full time student, 23 years old, and work part time. I live with my mom, who pays for my school and fully pays the mortgage on our house. I made 15K in 2010, federal taxes witheld is 1K. I selected "Can be claimed as dependent" and "Full-time student" somewhere on the form, and when I go to finished it says I owe $63. Why is this? The only expensesI have are driving, food, school supplies, etc. but I am looking forward to some kind of refund because I'm broke and to see this, I just don't get it. When I unselect "can be claimed as dependent" the amount to be awarded changes to $360 (which still isn't that much to me) but I guess it's something? I don't understand this. I was just thinking that it's possible that like 10000000 galaxies away there are elements that aren't present in our own galactic area, think its possible? How do I change the lights on behind my temerature control panel?
I have a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer. The lights behind some of the buttons on my temperature gauge are out. It is only behind the air flow button which makes the A/C and heater take outside air inside and behind the A/C button and the Rear Defrost button. How do I change this? I think there's toxic mold in my house, and my parents won't do anything about it?
I've been suspicious that there's toxic mold in my house for years. Actually, I KNOW for a fact there's there's at least some kind of mold in my house. I live on the Texas Gulf Coast where it's very humid all the time. The house I live in with my parents is about 60 years old, and falling apart quite frankly. There's visible mold growing in our shower (I can remember it always being there since I was little, I'm 17 now) and you can see mold growing out of our air vents on the ceiling. There's water in our attic i know for sure, because in my bedroom a hole has formed where water drips out, and the hole is just surrounded by black stuff. Our house has a musty smell, and everybody is always sick. Everyone has frequent sinus infections, my mom and dad always have ear infections, and everyone in the house constantly complains of having a headache. My brother has asthma (me and him have been living in this house our whole lives) and my mom has been suffering with an anxiety problem for 2 years now (it came out of no where). I have also now developed a terrible anxiety problem. Which started like 7 months ago. I've also always been really healthy. Just recently for the past year I keep getting infections too. I have an infection in both ears right now, I always have chest pains, always have abdominal pain, and now I have something wrong with my colon I haven't found out yet (which is odd for me, who is 17) For about 2 years now I've been pushing the fact on them that we all are probably being poisoned, and that we need to get out of this house. I believe that our attic is filled with mold and spores are constantly being blown out into our air through the air ducts. My family either is in denial, or they just think I'm a dumbass. But there's visible mold in multiple places in my house. The worst part is, is there's nothing I can do about it. I'm worried about my health, and I feel if I got out of here I would feel much better. What can I do? Does it sound like there's toxic mold in my house? How can I convince my parents to do something?

I have a 1989 Thundercraft Bowrider. The engine is either a 3.4 or 4.3 L... It is basically a Chevrolet auto engine, according to any mechanic that has ever looked at it. It has 188hp, if that matters. I have a very good friend who is an excellent auto mechanic that works on my Jeep and my truck. He can fix anything auto... fully certified, etc. etc.. I would love if he could work on my boat, but if it is a bad idea, I won't ask him. The reason I am asking this is that my experience with marine mechanics has been very bad. I own a 1985 Chevrolet Silverado 2wd shortbed pickup, 1984 chevy custom deluxe longbed 4wd pickup, and a 2005 chevy silverado z71 shortbed single cab. When I drive my 84 and 85 I enjoy it, it's nice and spacey on the inside, not too smooth and not too rough, the nice rumble of the engine, and compliments from people and one of the last things they say to me is "they don't make them like they used to!" I look at brand new chevrolet trucks and 1987 and below and I find the older models much more appealing. If something breaks I can fix it, if I need to pull someone out of a ditch a nice 350 motor will do it. It frustrates me so much that they will never go back to making trucks and cars this way. Now it's all about technology, if you ask me I would hate for a car to talk to me and there is no quality in parts at all. If you want to fix something on a new vehicle you usually end up taking it to a place to get it fixed and pay lots of cash for a stupid computer chip or sensor. I payed lots of money last time to fix my old 2001 blazer that I used to have because the computer went bad in it. All new vehicles have done is given me trouble. My 84' can beat a 2011 silverado any day in offroading. Also, I am not trying to sound like I love chevy or anything because Ford and Dodge do it too. I love old Fords and Dodges too but from sensors that beep because I don't feel like putting my seatbelt on right now to stupid buttons that are making the Human populace into a bunch of lazy, zero common sense, fools! One day everyone is gonna be big and fat or just complete jerks. Like Microsoft SYNC, I have a friend who hates that in his new ford truck. I hate the stupid gigantic bumpers on the new chevrolet trucks. I can't work on them and fix them either because it's basically just a computer. When I ride with a friend who has one of those new cars I feel like I'm going to puke. Also about safety, in the old days no one worried about it, so why worry so much now, back then they were made of steel, I bet if my truck hits your new car you car would be smashed. Why can't they make things like they used to, when they had quality and toughness not tech and safe. I also realize now a days they cannot make vehicles without airbags so don't say that please. I HATE FORD and refuse to put a Ford D60 King Pin front axle on it. Will a Chevy NP205 Tcase bolt up and replace the 271 that's on it now? If so what will i need? I have a Th400 with an NP208 in a 1985 parts Suburban.. WIll any of those parts be useful; i.e. the plate between the 400 and 208 or what?

Is repairs for a corvette just as bad as a benz or bmw?
The benz or bmw cost more for the parts and more for the labor. The Corvette shares some parts with other GM vehicles, so some parts will be cheaper. And, the parts from the benz or bmw have to be shipped from overseas, so they have to add shipping costs, which makes it more expensive. The newer Corvette's engines can be easily accessed by the tilt hood. The benz or bmw engines and compartments are compacted and hard to work on, so more labor costs.

What will help you deal with what you have witnessed? Have you spoken with your parents? I know talking with a grief counselor will help tremendously. Realize right now that there is NOTHING you could have done to change what happened. Take the lesson of today and make it into something that can help others. Talk with your school principal and ask to speak at one of the days that the school gathers for things and ask if you can talk about what you saw, how it affected you and the dangers of texting while driving, the dangers of speeding etc. Perhaps send flowers to all the families affected by this tragedy. I am so sorry you had to see this.

89 chevy blazer conversion?
I have a 1989 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer with a 4.3 liter V6 motor with the stock TBI system. I would like to change it over to a Multi port fuel injection system but i am concerned that i will need different cylinder heads. I know the intake manifold will have to be changed to accomodate the rail injection system and that a new ECM will be needed but if i have to change the heads i dont even want to mess with it, Any insight will be helpful thanks alot.=)

How do i replace fuel pump on 1996 suburban?
You have to remove the fuel tank(Make sure to disconnect the battery first). When the fuel tank is out, there is a locking ring that has to be turn counter-clockwise and will usually need a little force to pop it loose. Avoid using a steel screwdriver and hammer as you could cause a spark on the fuel tank which could then explode. Use brass or wood and a hammer to tap the ring out. Then you have to carefully remove the sending unit, pay close attention to how its coming out as it won't be very easy and you could damage the float. If it has the kind of sending unit where the pump can be replaced, you have to remove the connections from the pump, remove the filter screen and pull it out of the fuel line. Otherwise you have to replace the fuel pump and sending unit as one piece. Then basically do the steps in reverse. Be careful when you put the sending unit back in as you don't want to damage the float or pump or anything.

I think if possible, maybe drag her habitual return to the color switch out a bit with regard to the timeline of the story. Also in my head, there should be some negative consequences attached to her fiddling around with reality. That's the only way I can think of that makes her decision at the end seem less arbitrary.

As the axle detached his celebrity went 360 and he collided with 5 vehicles, killing 8 people and himself too. Had he been using a bus, he would be alive and so would the 8 people he took with himself. I say that man was loser.

You have a real putz for a brother in law, when I give my word I do what I say I will. Hate to say this but its time you have your vehicle moved to a shop that will perform the repair that you need. If he told you to incur the expense of towing to his place of work and then backs out of the arrangement, I would tend to hold him partially responsible for the tow to take it else where. This is entirely up to you. How come there are so many @#$ holes out here that make promises and don't follow through. Good Luck and I hope you get him to help you with some of the expense.

Since 1958 for Chevy and 1952 for Ford I've noticed a theme. Since '58 all top-of-the-line Chevys have had either three-in-a-row horizontally or horizontal bar tail-lights. Think about it. You'll see I'm right. Also from '52 Ford has had predominantly single large round or large vertical rectangles for tail-lights. My question is this: Was this a design directive from the 'front office' or is it just coincidence? The tail-light design differences have pretty much disappeared in the past decade. Sadly most of what comes out of the designers' CAD programs now days is cookie-cutter ho-hum look-alike crap from a purely aesthetic view-point. Come on designers. Can't you build 'slippery' fuel efficient cars without them all looking the same?

Need Help With Social Skills High School..?
I am very handsome and I have no problem talking with the best looking females. Basically my only problem is I am a internet nerd and I cant start a conversation. I take 2 buses to a suburban school because my mother dont want me going to a Detroit Public School. IDK why because I have no problems at schools and get along with everyone and I want to go to a school close to me. But she thinks that kids there will try to rob me because im short and skinny, but I am smart and know how to get out a lot of things ...but anyways back to the point. Basically I cant start a conversation right. When I was in 8th grade I went to a small class charter school. It was a 1 floor school and only about 17-20 people in a class. I go to a suburban high school...which only has 1 floor and its a college prep school too...but its kinda big even though it only has 1 floor. At my old school in 8th grade, i was used to girls starting conversations with me. Their was so little people, and i was one of the few most handsome guys in the school. Now im in high school and there is a lot of other handsome guys there, and girls are not just gonna waste their time on you, if your not talking, and they have like 300 other guys that wanna talk to them, and is handsome. I mean...sometimes I will "join" a conversation...but thats only if it is about me. But I see other guys starting conversations with girls with no problem ...Even if its not about them..like idek how to explain it but...they do it well. So how can I do this. I have no problem with looks or anything...any suggestions ...Please dont tell me something lame like "Hi whats your name" or "How was your day" that is lame and they will look at me like "umm ok". And...this is in the middle of the school year so.. yeah I basically know everyone name...just havent talked to them on a "friendly level" yet. 10 points best answer.

Yeah I agree with you. There is too much division going on within the Black community. I grew up in a predominately Black suburb and for me I hate the mentality and road that my people are going. 700R4 will not shift out of 1st gear?
I was driving down the highway and my 1991 Suburban V1500 4x4 shifted down into either first or second gear and will not upshift. Park,Neutral and Reverse are all working fine and it only appears to have a very bad leak. Should I just replace the gasket and oil or does it sound like i need a new transmission?

What amp can I use to max out my subs?
I've got two 2010 12" Kicker CRV Comp VR subs. They each have an 800 watt peak power and a max of 400 rms (total 1600Watts, and 800 RMS) I'm running the kicker zx850.2 r amp on them right now with a 1200 Watt wiring kit being used. I've looked around, and pretty much everyone says that the kicker zx750.1 r amp will push them really hard, but that 750 watt amp isn't maxing them out. PS. I know that the amp is actually around 900 watts, because kicker underrates their amps, but 900 isn't even close to 1600. So what can I do to get the max out of my two subs? Extra Info: I drive a 2000 chevrolet silverado ext. cab, they are in a sealed box under the back seat. I listen to hip-hop/Rap music with allot of bass. I'm looking at buying a Chevy truck and I found one for sale with a few pictures of the outside but doesn't show the interior. I can see the dash through the windshield and it looks tan colored. I'm really familiar with Chevrolet and I know they redesigned the interior around '95 but wasn't sure if they introduced the '95 model in late 1994 with the new interior. Since it's a '94 I would assume the interior of a black z71 Silverado would be red, since most I've seen are. I emailed the seller but haven't had a response since they didn't leave a phone number. What on my car should I have looked at?
I drive a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer. For a little while now, it has been pulling to the side while driving at high speeds. It doesn't seem like it's pulling to any side specifically. Also, the floor seems to vibrate a little at high speeds. A friend of mine suggested that the u-joints had gone bad. Seems to be consistent with what I've looked up so far about bad u-joints. Do I need a new ABS controller?
Just bought a 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 and noticed (when I bought it) that it has ABS, it was slippery out today, so I decided to try it. It didn't work, I just locked up the brakes and slid for a second. But the ABS light didn't turn on on the dash board. How do i install a fuel injector on a 1996 chevrolet silverado 1500 5.7 liter?
It depend if it is port injection or injected in to air horn at the throttle body. It is easy if it in the air stream. Undo the and remove the retain screw or bolt.. Some take a special tool to release the fuel. How ever on all you need to bleed the pressure of the fuel line. It is done where check fuel pressure. Port injection you will have one injector per cylinder. Here you need to replace seals or they lead on to the intake and cause the fuel not to get packet into the cylinder. There are special tools to do this job. It is best done it the shop that has the equipment and can check and adjust the fuel pressure regulator or replace if can no be repaired. A lot of time regulator is letting to much pressure by or to little. It is a lot cheaper than the injector or injectors. You get what you pay for her. Some time a clean can be done in the shop that you cannot do at home, while the injector are in the vehicle. It a lot better than the kink you put in the gas tank. That is basic to keep them clean and lubed. Gas dry them out and the stick closed or open.

How/Where can I find a used or new rear differintial and axle for 1996 chevy Z-71 truck?
I have a friend who has a 1996 chevrolet Z-71 truck. I'm pretty sure its a 5.3 liter V-8, extended cab, short bed, automatic transmission. The engine is new ( replaced). He wants to sale it, I would like to buy it for an extra vehicle. The problem is that the rear differential is shot/busted. He told me that it has had to be rebuilt several times over the years. He suspects that thier is some other reason that it continuously has to have rear diff replacements. He suggested "replacing everthing between the rear tires" guess that means axle, housing, mounts etc etc. I live in Midland Tx and need to locate the part or parts and price them. Used would be nice, or salvaged. New is an option too but I'de like to keep cost down since truck will be a hobby/toy and not primary vehicle. If I look on line I find parts that are several states away. The shipping will probably cost more than the parts. I have a SUV and flat bed trailer to go pickup parts if I locate a good deal. Little by little. Fix things one at a time. Get rid of the bum 1st, just do the next best right thing in front of you, and everything else will just fall into their proper places. Make simple small improvements in your life on a daily basis. This is how I did it! And it didn't take as long as I thought it would. Less then a year, actually. I should have done it a long time ago, but am grateful I finally DID do it, and I couldn't be happier now.....

My house is 2600sq ft in size and i have worked out that the oil burner is using about 2 gallon (9 ltrs) of oil every day and that is only with the heat being on from 5 to 10 at night.This is a new house so should be well insulated and has double glazing. The boiler has not been serviced since we moved in which was 7 years ago so could this be part off the problem? How much oil do you use at this time of the year and what size is the property i just want a rough idea so i can compare with it.

so since my son started highschool i noticed some changes, he started wearing baggier clothes and etc, now a few weeks ago i was looking through all his droors out of suspicion, and i found a du rag, some gold teeth, and a crack pipe, he wears huge diamond earrings the size of my hands, and he sags his pants, and hes always bringing home black people (not that thats bad but thats all he ever brings home)and he even talks like them. How do I tell my parents that I hate my school and friends?
I'm currently at 7th grade in a public school in New York. I live in an expensive, suburban area so the schools are pretty good. A few months ago I discussed with my mom about switching into private schools. Of course, the first thing she wanted to know was why. I was too nervous to tell my mom it was because I was having social issues, so I told her it was because I wanted a better education. I brought up statistics and everything and my mom agreed to look at schools. My father on the other hand, immediately said no. He said my school is fine and I don't need private schooling. Now as the months go on, school is getting harder and harder. I'm starting to get depressed and I can see the changes in how I act. I also can tell my parents are noticing a change. I feel like I have no real friends. There is no one I trust or can turn to. I'm considered one of the "popular" girls in my grade, but in reality I hate all of my friends. They all make snide remarks and are only nice to you when there's something in it for them. Girls I thought were my best friend make me feel horrible about myself. They always joke around and call me "slut" or "whore" because i'm the only one that's made out with boys. One of my closest friends moved in on my boyfriend, and when we broke up started dating him. My other best friend helped her date him. I honestly lay down listening to music all day and wish I were at a different place. I don't know how to tell my parents that the real reason I want to leave is because I absolutely hate everyone. I know they're going to think it's just because my boyfriend recently broke up with me or say I'm acting silly because I'm popular. I just don't know who I could possibly befriend now. My social life is destroying me and at random points during the day I just feel like crying. I can't take it. I know private schools are around 35,000-40,000 a year but I know my family can afford it. My dad claims its "too expensive" but yet he owns a $300,000 ferrari. How do I get my parents to understand how serious this is and how much I need to switch? It's not just a phase, I hate everyone.
